If for any reason your piece isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to making your experience with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

* Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
* Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
* Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
* Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, alterations, or any other signs of wear.

Please note that all returned items undergo a quality check before an exchange is approved.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

* Custom-made, made-to-order, or altered garments.
* Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
* Gift cards and store credits.
* Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, please email us at info@yashvardhan.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a brief reason for the exchange.

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

After the garment is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your exchange based on product availability.

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we will be happy to offer a store credit of the equivalent value for a future purchase.

REFUNDS

As a small independent label, we do not offer refunds to the original mode of payment.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on availability.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

* We recommend trying on your garment with care until you are certain you'd like to keep it.
* Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
* We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.
